Off-White x Dunk Low ‘University Red’ 2019

Description

The Off-White x Dunk Low ‘University Red’ is a bold expression of Virgil Abloh’s philosophy of fragmentation and reconstruction, released as part of the landmark December 2019 Off-White Dunk collection. Featuring one of the most eye-catching colorways in the series, this pair blends classic basketball heritage with Off-White’s unmistakable industrial design—making it a standout option for collectors and buyers browsing the best reps shoes category.

The upper is built with University Red leather overlays contrasted against a cool grey leather base, delivering a striking yet balanced look. Signature Off-White elements are present throughout, including:

• oversized Helvetica-style medial text,

• the iconic orange-flagged Swoosh on the lateral side,

• exposed foam tongue construction,

• a floating heel tab,

• and Virgil Abloh’s distinctive secondary lace system layered over traditional laces.

A two-tone rubber cupsole anchors the design, preserving the classic Dunk Low silhouette while supporting everyday wearability. The mix of retro colorblocking and experimental detailing captures the essence of Abloh’s early collaborations.

Highly recognizable and endlessly wearable, the Off-White x Dunk Low ‘University Red’ remains a cornerstone release in the Off-White Dunk lineage—ideal for fans of Virgil Abloh’s design legacy and those seeking statement sneakers within the best reps sneaker market.
