Reps Killer ships worldwide. Below are our preparation times, delivery estimates, and customs policies.
Preparation & Delivery
- Order preparation: 1–3 days.
- Delivery time: Approximately 6–9 days after dispatch.
- We’ll send your tracking information by email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped.
Please provide your full shipping address and correct contact details when placing your order.
Import Duties & Taxes
Reps Killer covers import duties and taxes for all destinations except Switzerland.
For orders shipped to Switzerland, import duties and taxes are not included. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost Parcels & Customs Issues
If your parcel is lost in transit or held by customs, we will send a replacement free of charge, including the cost of replacement shipping.
Please contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number so we can arrange the replacement.
Quality Check Photos
QC photos are available upon request before shipping. If you are not satisfied with your item after reviewing the photos, you may request a replacement or a full refund before dispatch.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. We do not charge any cancellation, handling, or processing fees.
