BBry Rope Knight Embroidered Zip Hoodie

Description

This BBry Rope Knight Embroidered Zip Hoodie features the iconic rope-framed Equestrian Knight motif, blending heritage symbolism with modern streetwear construction. Crafted from premium 400g sweatshirt fabric made with 100% cotton 32s yarn, the exterior delivers a smooth, structured appearance, while the interior is finished with 10s yarn fish-scale loopback for enhanced softness and durability.

The fabric undergoes high-temperature washing to prevent shrinkage and improve hand feel. The black colorway is dyed using advanced eco-friendly reactive dyes, resulting in a refined blue-toned black finish, while the grey version features a custom-developed heather grey achieved through reactive dyeing for superior color depth and stability.

The back rope-knight graphic is produced using breathable, environmentally friendly rubber paste ink. The print is built up through six rounds of manual alignment and hand-screen printing, creating a rich, dimensional finish with excellent elasticity and long-term wear resistance.

Construction details are elevated throughout: reinforced topstitching is applied to stress points such as cuffs, shoulders, and armholes using overlock face stitching; bartack reinforcement secures rib junctions and pocket corners; and the inner zipper seam is finished with wrapped binding tape for a clean, durable interior—processes often omitted in mass-market production to reduce costs.

Designed with a relaxed unisex fit, this hoodie offers both everyday comfort and refined craftsmanship, making it suitable for daily wear, layering, or statement casual styling.
