Crafted from a custom-developed 18-gauge double-ply cotton and lambswool blend (85% cotton, 15% lambswool), the fabric offers a soft hand feel, breathability, and gentle warmth. The signature khaki-grey tone is achieved through a complex yarn-dyeing process, ensuring excellent colorfastness and long-lasting visual depth.

The body panels are produced using a seamless single-piece knitting technique on German STOLL 5-gauge machines, resulting in a dense yet flexible structure. The button placket is constructed separately with four-needle flat knitting on STOLL 12-gauge machines, delivering precise buttonhole sizing and refined finishing.

Front lettering is created using vintage chain-stitch embroidery, forming three individually crafted letter patches with dimensional texture. The back heart motif features specialty embroidery executed on imported Japanese multi-head machines. Premium Coats embroidery thread ensures durability, clarity, and a near-original level of detail.
