Crafted from custom-developed 40s three-ply high-twist combed cotton yarn, the sweater is made from 100% cotton for superior comfort and durability. Compared to standard two-ply yarns commonly used in similar styles, the three-ply construction offers enhanced fabric density, improved shape retention, and a more refined surface texture. The result is a soft yet structured hand feel that faithfully recreates the original pineapple-knit texture.

The knit construction features an authentic pineapple eyelet stitch pattern, delivering a distinctive three-dimensional surface with excellent stability. The collar is engineered using a combination of 1×1 ribbing and four-ply knitting techniques, produced on German STOLL 12-gauge flat knitting machines. Due to the complexity of the stitch structure, each garment requires approximately 160 minutes of knitting time, ensuring precision and consistency throughout.

The signature tricolor collar embroidery is executed using custom-dyed navy, white, and red threads, carefully matched to the original color tones. Embroidered on imported Tajima machines, the detailing undergoes multiple refinement stages to achieve smooth edges, dense stitching, and a subtle sheen for long-lasting quality.

Additional branding elements include a matte silicone arm badge and a glossy silicone logo neck label, both custom-molded to original specifications. The neck label is hand-stitched by experienced artisans, secured with only two stitches, mirroring authentic construction details. All tags, labels, and trims are updated to the 2025 custom specification, including product code and size markings.
