Crafted from exclusive 21s mercerized combed cotton twill, the fabric weighs approximately 220g and delivers a smooth, structured feel with excellent drape. The diagonal twill weave enhances texture definition and closely mirrors the original material, achieved through an extensive three-month development process.

Tailored construction elevates the trousers beyond conventional casual wear. Reinforced eyelet stitching is applied at the waistband and back pockets for durability, while concealed pocket flaps ensure a clean rear profile. The hem features a blind-stitched finish, maintaining a sharp and refined appearance.

Premium hardware defines the finishing touches. The decorative leather patch is made from full-grain calfskin with a pebbled texture, paired with custom-developed antique silver D-ring hardware and accessories.
