Crafted from a lightweight 75D polyester-spandex blend at approximately 150g, the fabric uses a fine mesh piqué jacquard construction that provides a breathable, smooth feel while retaining the technical appearance of traditional performance jerseys.

The front combines multiple decorative techniques for greater depth and texture. Blcg branding and graphic elements are applied using hand-operated screen printing, while selected chest and sleeve details utilize high-density embroidery produced with matte nylon embroidery thread. The contrast between printed and embroidered elements gives the jersey a more dimensional finish.

Curved contrast piping runs from the shoulders around the front body and continues through the side construction, emphasizing the athletic paneling. The piping incorporates a cotton cord within the contrasting fabric to create a clean raised edge and more defined silhouette.

A specially constructed ribbed crew neckline is made using 40s cotton yarn with a flat-knit needle structure. The collar pieces are precisely cut before being manually shaped and attached to maintain a smooth curve and structured finish.
