Description

The BBrry Diagonal Plaid Round Neck Sweater uses special woven and dye technology, using 40 percent Mercerized wool, 6 percent Nylon, 35 percent Anti-Pilling Acrylic fiber and 19 percent Polyester to combine. Among them, the green lines and the gray-white squares are carefully calibrated colors after repeated debugging and many tests by dye factory masters.The sweater is made in a complex process, using a positive seven-needle 2 × 1 thread process, which requires the use of more than three systems of machines to complete the weaving.In the mass production, we adopt the STOLL12 needle flat knitting machine imported from Germany to weave pieces. The entire production process took nearly 240 minutes, and each sweater underwent meticulous craftsmanship. The patterned patterns on the sweater were drawn by a professional craftsman based on the original.
