The BBry Check Reversible Hooded Jacket – Snap Button Version is crafted from BBry’s signature Vintage check fabric, woven from recycled polyester yarn with a three-layer structure for durability and premium texture. The reverse side features ECONYL® regenerated nylon, made from recycled fishing nets, industrial plastics, and fabric waste, offering sustainability without compromising performance.
The jacket is produced using infrared laser-position cutting, ensuring near-perfect alignment of every check pattern — including front panels, pockets, and plackets — with a precision deviation under 1mm. Each size uses individually positioned cut panels to guarantee consistent check placement. All trims and hardware are custom-molded, with synchronized serial numbers and coding. The collar label is hand-stitched, and the entire jacket is crafted through a meticulous hand-assembly process, showcasing premium construction and exceptional attention to detail.
