Each side panel utilizes a single continuous woven tape construction, positioned precisely according to the original check alignment layout. Due to the strict pattern extraction and alignment requirements, overall fabric consumption and production loss rates are significantly higher than ordinary sports shorts production.

The pocket embroidery detail features BBry’s iconic Equestrian Knight motif, recreated through high-precision scanning and redrawing by professional embroidery technicians. Multiple rounds of thread color testing and design revisions were completed to achieve near-identical detailing accuracy compared to the original reference version.

The embroidery is executed using Barudan industrial embroidery machinery paired with imported British Coats embroidery thread, delivering exceptionally dense, clean, and refined stitchwork with strong dimensionality and long-term durability.

Both side pockets incorporate custom-developed molded zipper hardware, specifically produced to match original specifications. The zipper pullers feature an electroplated matte brushed finish with finely engraved logo lettering along the sides, while the zipper base includes raised engraved Equestrian Knight detailing for additional luxury-level finishing.

The waistband drawcord is also custom-developed using original-reference weaving and dyeing standards, carefully matching the original cord thickness, texture, and woven pattern density. The metal cord-end bells are individually mold-produced with matching electroplated finishes and engraved logo typography scaled precisely to original sizing specifications.

Luxury-level hand-finishing details continue throughout the garment. The internal label attachment process is completed entirely by experienced artisans through manual hand-sewn label installation, with only two visible stitch points positioned along the upper corners of the label to replicate authentic luxury garment finishing methods. Each hand-sewn label installation requires approximately five to eight minutes per garment, contributing significantly to overall labor cost and production complexity.
