Fabric development alone required over three months, reflecting both the complexity and cost of production. Each garment is constructed from 27 individually cut pattern pieces, with infrared-assisted cutting technology used to ensure precise check alignment—a process that takes 7–10 days before assembly begins.

Advanced tailoring techniques are applied throughout the construction, including meticulous vertical and horizontal check matching at the front placket, pocket placements, collar symmetry, and center-back alignment.
