Blcg Layered Sticker Print T-Shirt (White/Black)

Description

The Blcg Layered Sticker Print T-Shirt draws inspiration from vintage American bumper sticker culture, reconstructing the visual effect of randomly overlapped retro labels through an exceptionally complex multi-layer heat transfer process. Beneath the seemingly casual collage aesthetic lies an extensive industrial-grade production workflow built around precision positioning, layered pressing, and advanced garment finishing.

Crafted from heavyweight ring-spun cotton jersey, the fabric undergoes both enzyme stone washing and pre-shrunk stabilization treatment prior to printing. A specialized pre-shrinking process calibrates the fabric’s warp and weft density in advance, minimizing thermal deformation caused by repeated high-temperature pressing stages later in production. Compared to standard printed tees, the fabric preparation process alone exceeds conventional manufacturing standards.
