CONCEPTS x SB Dunk Low Grey Lobster

Description

The Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Grey Lobster’ is another exciting collaboration in the popular Lobster Dunk series by Concepts and Nike. This sneaker continues the tradition of the Lobster colorways, each uniquely designed with vibrant colors and intricate details that mimic the look of a lobster, and the ‘Grey Lobster’ is no exception.

This sneaker features a soft grey color scheme, mimicking the tones of a rare lobster variation. Like its predecessors, it is crafted from premium materials, specifically a nubuck leather upper that gives the shoe a luxurious feel and durable quality. The sneaker is detailed with a speckled pattern along the upper, representing the texture and spots found on a lobster’s shell, adding depth and interest to the design.

Unique to the Lobster series, the ‘Grey Lobster’ includes a checkered picnic blanket-themed inner lining, paying homage to the traditional New England clambakes where lobsters are often served. The shoe also features elastic bands around the forefoot, a nod to how lobster claws are secured to prevent them from snapping. These bands are not only an integral thematic detail but also enhance the fit of the shoe.

Performance-wise, this sneaker includes a Zoom Air unit in the heel, providing responsive cushioning that enhances comfort whether used for skateboarding or casual wear. The padded tongue and collar increase this comfort, making the shoe ideal for extended wear. The outsole of the Dunk Low is designed for optimal grip and durability, featuring a flexible, traction-optimized rubber sole suitable for the skateboard and everyday surfaces.

The Concepts x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Grey Lobster’ is more than just a sneaker; it’s a piece of art that appeals to sneakerheads and collectors alike due to its unique concept and high-quality execution. The collaboration between Concepts and Nike SB continues to be celebrated for its creativity and attention to detail, making each release highly anticipated.

Whether for skateboarding, casual wear, or as a collector’s item, the ‘Grey Lobster’ stands out for its innovative design and cultural storytelling, making it a prized addition to any sneaker collection.
