Denim Tears x CPFM Cotton Wreath Puff Print Sweatpants Black

Description

The Denim Tears x CPFM Cotton Wreath Puff Print Sweatpants are crafted from heavyweight 500g double-yarn textured fabric, delivering a substantial feel with excellent structure and durability. The fabric offers a premium weight and drape, elevating the overall silhouette with a refined streetwear aesthetic.

The cotton wreath motifs across the pants are created using a heat-set puff print technique. This process involves a white base layer followed by up to five layers of heat-curing ink, precisely tunnel-heated to achieve a raised, dimensional finish. The method demands extreme accuracy in temperature and timing—too little heat results in incomplete formation, while excessive heat can cause cracking—making it a highly skill-intensive production process.

The finished prints feature a textured surface rather than a smooth finish, rendered in an off-white tone that contrasts sharply against the dark base fabric. The pants follow an original short-wide silhouette with elasticated cuffs, faithfully recreating the authentic fit without any pattern alteration.

Completed with fully customized labels, wash tags, and hang tags, this piece achieves an authentic, high-level finish. Whether worn alone or paired with the matching hoodie, it delivers a bold yet refined statement rooted in cultural expression and craftsmanship.
