The fabric undergoes specialized vintage washing and faded finishing treatments, creating subtle tonal variation and naturally aged texture throughout the garment. These treatments add depth and visual layering while preserving a refined minimalist appearance.

The chest logo embroidery is produced using advanced water-soluble cotton hollow three-dimensional embroidery technology, executed on imported Tajima embroidery machines with high-density cotton thread stitching. The embroidery achieves a raised and dimensional finish while maintaining precise detailing and clean edge definition.

Large embroidery areas require extensive use of water-soluble stabilizing cotton during production. After embroidery, the garment undergoes multiple washing and dissolving procedures to completely remove excess stabilizer material. The highly demanding finishing process ensures a clean embroidery surface and premium final presentation.

Designed in Blcg’s signature Oversized relaxed silhouette, the T-shirt features dropped shoulders, elongated sleeves, and a naturally structured drape that creates a modern luxury streetwear profile. Vertical rib-texture detailing throughout the garment enhances visual structure and layering, while ribbed finishing at the neckline, cuffs, and hem improves comfort and durability.

Additional shaping and setting treatments help maintain the garment’s crisp oversized silhouette and prevent deformation after repeated wear.
