Crafted from heavyweight 32-count double-ply combed cotton French terry, the fabric is custom woven and dyed for a dense, smooth, and structured texture. The material undergoes multiple high-temperature pre-shrinking, enzyme pre-washing, and shaping treatments to stabilize shrinkage, improve softness, and maintain long-term shape retention.

The core design focuses on multi-layer label patchwork craftsmanship. Each label uses high-density woven tape construction, combined with high-coverage white ink digital heat-transfer printing to ensure sharp lettering, saturated color, and clean graphic edges without color bleeding. Compared with ordinary plastisol printing, this process offers stronger wash resistance, abrasion resistance, and long-lasting durability.
