The collar utilizes 32S + 70D stretch ribbed fabric at approximately 350g, improving elasticity, neckline recovery, and long-term durability.

The fabric undergoes specialized vintage washing and faded finishing treatments, creating natural tonal depth and a slightly aged aesthetic that enhances the garment’s retro-inspired streetwear character. These finishing processes add visual layering while preserving a clean oversized silhouette.

The logo embroidery is executed using advanced water-soluble cotton hollow three-dimensional embroidery technology. Produced on imported Tajima embroidery machines, the embroidery features dense cotton thread stitching with exceptional precision, delivering a raised, dimensional texture and clean logo definition.

Large embroidery sections—especially the oversized back logo—require extensive use of water-soluble stabilizing cotton during production. The garment then passes through multiple complex washing and dissolving procedures to completely remove residual stabilizer material. Any remaining adhesive residue would compromise the entire garment, making the production process highly demanding with strict quality control standards.

Designed in Blcg’s signature Oversized relaxed silhouette, the T-shirt features dropped shoulders, elongated sleeves, and a naturally structured drape that creates a modern luxury streetwear profile. Vertical rib-texture detailing throughout the garment enhances structural layering, while ribbed finishing at the neckline, cuffs, and hem improves comfort and shape retention.

Additional shaping and setting treatments ensure the garment maintains its crisp oversized form and resists deformation after repeated wear.
