Blcg Reflective Logo Shorts

Description

The Blcg Reflective Logo Shorts combine minimalist streetwear aesthetics with refined garment construction, featuring a clean silhouette enhanced by a distinctive reflective logo detail.

Crafted from double-yarn combed cotton fabric, the shorts undergo high-temperature singeing and pre-shrinking treatments to remove surface fibers and stabilize the fabric structure. This process creates a dense, smooth texture with natural body and excellent drape, delivering a balance of softness, durability, and long-lasting shape retention.

The signature reflective logo detail is created through an advanced multi-layer printing process. High-reflective glass bead pigment is applied using precision screen-printing molds, followed by layered printing, low-temperature color fixation, and high-temperature heat pressing. Under normal lighting, the logo maintains a subtle matte appearance that blends seamlessly into the fabric, while low-light conditions reveal a striking reflective effect with enhanced visual recognition.

The shorts feature a relaxed yet structured silhouette developed through three-dimensional pattern cutting. The tailored construction follows natural hip and leg contours, creating a loose fit that maintains shape without appearing oversized or collapsed.

The waistband incorporates an internally reinforced elastic structure with balanced tension distribution, ensuring comfortable wear without rolling or excessive pressure. Flat seam finishing and concealed stitching techniques minimize visible seam lines, reinforcing the clean and modern aesthetic.

Every detail is precisely controlled, from reflective logo placement and pocket construction to stitching consistency and edge finishing. The combination of premium fabric treatment, advanced reflective craftsmanship, ergonomic tailoring, and meticulous sewing standards creates a versatile luxury streetwear essential.
