Because the woven collar and knitted fabric have different stretch characteristics, the neckline is assembled using segmented alignment stitching and reinforced shaping to reduce lifting, twisting, and deformation.

The chest emblem is produced with high-density Tajima embroidery at approximately 12,000 stitches. Layered wheat motifs surround the Double-B monogram, while water-soluble backing supports the fabric during embroidery to reduce puckering.
