Constructed from a custom fine gingham fabric, every panel is individually aligned to ensure the horizontal and vertical checks flow seamlessly across the body, sleeves, collar, and pockets. Pattern matching requires fixed cutting directions throughout production, where even the slightest deviation can disrupt the continuity of the checks, resulting in strict quality rejection standards.

The double-layer collar is independently matched and sewn to maintain perfect symmetry and a crisp collar shape. The center-front zipper is precisely installed, allowing the zipper tape to sit smoothly against the garment while preserving the alignment of the gingham pattern.

The left chest MM logo embroidery is completed using an imported Tajima embroidery machine, ensuring clean lettering, dense stitching, and accurate positioning without distorting the surrounding fabric. Hidden side-entry pockets are carefully integrated into the side seams, minimizing interruptions to the gingham layout while maintaining functionality.

Elasticated cuffs and hem are engineered with evenly distributed gathers, preserving the garment’s volume without compressing or distorting the check pattern. Each seam is finished with consistent stitch density and clean seam allowances before undergoing low-temperature pressing to prevent shine or pattern displacement, reflecting the precision expected of premium ready-to-wear.
