The design draws directly from the works of Inoue Santa, blending iconic visuals from Neighbor No.13 and 惨家, delivering a dark, distorted narrative rooted in 90s Japanese subculture.

The front graphic features a grainy, high-contrast character portrait layered with urban elements and Japanese typography, creating a chaotic yet cinematic composition. The back presents a minimal silhouette figure, reinforcing the storytelling aspect and adding depth to the piece.
