The Saint Michael “Eagle & Feathers” Vintage Washed Shirt features 260g 100% cotton double-yarn jersey with a tubular, no-side-seam construction for enhanced comfort and a relaxed drape. After garment washing, the fabric weight increases to approximately 280g, resulting in a sturdier yet soft texture.

Using Asut dyeing for vintage fading and KMnO₄ spray distressing, the piece achieves a natural, authentic washed-out appearance with visible bone-line highlights. Hand-done fraying and distress details enhance the high-end, aged aesthetic.

The front, back, and sleeve graphics are executed using high-precision digital direct-injection printing, producing vibrant colors and sharp detailing, protected with a transparent coating to prevent cracking or peeling. Finished with retro single-stitch hem construction, full custom labels, and the signature Saint Michael angel authenticity tag.
